Q: Does the discount apply automatically?
A: Yes, the discount is automatically applied during checkout—no coupon code needed.

Q: Is the discount per yard or for the whole order?
A: The discount is calculated based on the total number of yards purchased in one order.

Q: Can I combine this discount with other promotions?
A: Our yardage discount cannot be combined with other storewide sales or coupon codes, unless otherwise stated.

Q: Does the discount apply to all fabrics?
A: Yes, the discount applies to all fabrics sold by the yard unless specifically noted in the listing.

Payment:

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal only.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
A: Yes, all payments must be made through PayPal. If you don’t have an account, you can easily create one for free at www.paypal.com.

Q: Is PayPal safe?
A: Yes! PayPal is one of the most secure payment platforms worldwide. It protects your financial details and ensures your purchase is safe.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes, you can still use your credit or debit card through PayPal’s secure checkout, even if you don’t link it directly to your PayPal balance.

Q: Do you accept bank transfers, cash, or other payment methods?
A: No, at this time we only accept PayPal payments.

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please note that returns are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing fault.

  • Buyers must contact us within 15 days of delivery if there is an issue.
  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement or refund will be issued.
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, Slight color differences (colors may appear differently due to monitor or screen settings), or refusal to pay import taxes/VAT.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please send us a message with clear photos so we can assist you quickly.

Shippings:

Q: How much is shipping for my order?
A: Shipping for the first item is $6.95, and each additional item is just $1.95.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship mostly worldwide. Customers outside the US will see the exact shipping cost displayed at checkout before making payment.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary by country, but most orders arrive within 8–21 business days. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

Q: Will I need to pay extra customs fees or duties?
A: For U.S. customers, all import taxes and duties are already included in the price.

A: For other countries, local VAT or import taxes may apply when the package arrives. Please note that if a customer refuses to accept their package due to VAT or import taxes, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Tracking:

Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
A: Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number.

Q: Why doesn’t my tracking number show updates right away?
A: Tracking numbers may not update immediately after shipping. In many cases, updates will only become visible once the package arrives at your country’s customs.

Q: How long does it usually take for tracking to show?
A: It can take a few days after shipment before the first update appears. Once the parcel clears customs in your country, you’ll see regular tracking updates until delivery.
